Homeopathy is a system of curative medical science which is also an alternative of healing health. Homeopathy has been practiced from past few centuries and it has been observed that this alternative method of medicine was developed in Germany in about 19th century. Since then it has been practiced in different parts of world to cure the chronic disease without being invasive on the patients.
Homeopathy is adopted to prevent disease and cure the root cause for the betterment and wellness. The alternative medicinal system of homeopathy works on principle that body has ability to heal itself if given highly diluted substances. German Doctor Samuel Christian Hahnemann developed this medicinal system and propounded two theories on which homeopathy seem to work:
First theory states that disease can be treated by a substance that gives rise to disease in healthy body. Here physician Hahnemann found that disease can be treated with diluted herbs in the patients if it can produce symptoms of disease in healthy body.
Second theory states that lower the dose, greater the effect of medicine. Homeopathy medicines are diluted which are given stepwise in slow fashion to cure the disease gradually that is why this alternative healing method is termed as 'long-term' process.
Homeopathy believes to stimulate the body by diluting in the body through its 'essence'. Generally physicians treat patients by analyzing on the factors such as genetic, body type, health type etc and improvise physical, mental and emotional health.
